At this time we are not accepting returns or exchanges. Once shipped, all sales are considered final. If you have concerns or problems with your order please contact us at hastyroots@gmail.com

Delivery Issues

We will be happy to assist you if your shipment is damaged. Our responsibility does not extend to the delivery of the shipment to you. We can, however, file a claim with the carrier.

How long until my order will be shipped?

After an order is submitted, it will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and services). Priority delivery for custom items directly affects travel time. If contacted promptly, production time can be accelerated at an additional charge.

Is it possible to speed up my processing time if I need the product now?

For a faster processing time please contact us at hastyroots@gmail.com. We will invoice you for an additional  $10 handling fee and the next-day shipping difference.
