Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! However, due to the nature of some items, we are unable to accept returns on the following products: seeds, soil, and soil enhancers. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us immediately for assistance or to request a replacement. Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for returns.
Please note: Hasty Roots is not responsible for losses or damage caused by external factors beyond our control, such as temperature, light exposure, weather conditions, storage, grower skill, or neglect. If you have questions about how to care for your seeds, feel free to reach out to us at Hastyroots@gmail.com for guidance.
Refunds
For items that are eligible for return, we’ll inspect your return upon receipt and notify you whether it’s been approved for a refund. Once approved, your refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since you were notified of your refund approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Hastyroots@gmail.com so we can assist you further.
